Although we put a lot of energy into making sure you'll love your Towel Tie, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at support@towelties.com within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or replacement. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
